We provide a comprehensive ‘Project Management Service‘ that offers landlords or new property ‘Buy to let’ investors the opportunity of purchasing a bespoke furniture pack that creates a modern and dynamic living space environment for their tenants.
In order to maximise your rental income and present your property for tenant marketing, we recommend that you consider furnishing the apartment to provide potential tenants with a ‘Turn Key’ experience.
All our furniture packs are of good quality and meet the necessary UK fire-resistant regulations and our prices are very competitive with a wide range of additional furniture items that can be purchased in addition if they need replacing at any stage.
We provide the following services:
- We source with suppliers for the exact furniture pack required for the apartment.
- We provide you with a competitive quotation in writing.
- We visit the property to take any measurements required.
- We arrange orders and pay suppliers on your behalf, when funds are received.
- We arrange with supplier’s delivery, installation and assembly.
- We check all furniture items for damage before signing off on the order.
- We arrange for all furniture to be positioned in the apartment correctly.
- We send you photographs and inventory details of the furniture.
We charge a fee of 10% plus vat of the total purchase order.
- We can also offer additional assistance with window treatments, curtains or blinds and our fee to visit and take measurements is £95 plus vat. Curtain and Blind prices would be in addition to our fee.
